Best Graduation Project of the Faculty of Architecture

The graduation project Evolving Room by Stavros Gargaretas has been selected as Best Graduation Project of the Faculty of Architecture 2013 – 2014. Stavros project, which is part of The Why Factory’s Adaptive City Graduation Studio, simulates an extreme architecture based on real-time ergonomics and space efficiency. Stavros combines live scale test settings with hypothetical materials in his search for space efficiency. The result is a fascinating visionary narrative, which describes requirements, possible benefits and limitations of a fully-adaptable environment.
